Immediately to the east of 31 st St and north of 20th Avenue is a park, the property to the north of that is exclusively Con Ed property, yes it is green, and they must be a reason why Con Ed did not use it. Some think that it's pollution would be a major environmental issue. but LION just wants to put a subway yard over the top of it.Is that too much to ask? ROAR |
