Those are ;probably the Bwlg Grn short turns that are returning to their respective yards. The reason that they are empty is probably because there are very few passengers that would be picked up at stations N/O Bwlg Grn whereas trains coming from Bkln would have more passengers. I wasn’t are if the N/N AM thru exp service I mentioned was still happening but it makes sense since they really aren’t needed for local service in the Bx. I assume those trains terminate at E180. |
