That all depends... if the line goes down N/o Essex, do we have a place to turn trains so that Bay Ridge still has service to/from Manhattan?I don't think see it being worth the loss of 2 cars on the 4th av local (s/o of 36 St) because it banks on them also being okay with having direct access to Nassau St over Broadway. What happens to the Z? |
