What it would do is allow the (D) and (N) to be express in Brooklyn, in the case of the (N) before running via the Tunnel to Manhattan and the (Q) to go back to running over the Bridge in the overnights.I posted that after reading the complaints in other threads on those waiting forever for the (R) in the late evenings and it occurred to me it may be time to make such changes. |
