Whose trains shall never meet, so who is "frowning" upon it ?On the other hand, NJT, Amtrak, and LIRR can meet. So can Amtrak and MN. Shall every railroad be required to have 5 digit numbers assigned by FRA to avoid such numbering conflicts ? |
