When I posted that I'd actually looked and decided it was probably a 774 class sub. I didn't see the towed array housing on the starboard side, which I thought would indicate it was an LA boat. But I didn't realize the Virginias have almost the same fairing in the same position. Unfortunately the best way to differentiate between the two is at the front of the fairwater, and that's obscured by scaffolding.

Supposedly the early non-VLS 688s (with fairwater planes) had a pronounced nose-up tilt when on the surface, while the later VLS equipped ships, including the 751s, had a much more level trim. It looks like the Virginias have gone back to having a bit of a bow-up trim on the surface possibly to protect that cylindrical sonar array under the bow, and your photo shows a pretty pronounced nose up tilt. But that could just be how the boat is trimmed.

Do you have a higher res version which might show the keel draft marks on the tail? It seems like the first single digit is a 7, with a 6 below it. The Virginias have a keep depth of 37 feet, while the 688is have a keep depth of 28 feet. So that'd make it an LA boat.
