By the way, it would have only cost the City about $50,000 to have modified the Myrtle Ave station at Grand Ave. Sadly, they felt that it was not worth the effort to redo the intertwined stairway/passageways with the closed Lex station at Grand Ave. So, after the power cables on grand Ave were relocated underground, both stations were ripped out. |
