Thanks for the good info.

I simply said what Oren said in a different way.

Fact is, WMATA is dispatching the same number of trains during peak now that it was dispatching prior to the creation of Rush Plus.

WMATA simply changed the terminal pairs of two thirds of the Blue line trains to accommodate the opening of the Silver line and accommodate the higher loads on the west end of the Orange line.

The Orange and Blue lines have greater peak loads on their west ends compared to their east ends.
