I still think E IIs on a faster schedule--they did test the 'liners at 100 but decided the rewiring of all the crossing gates wasn't in the budget--and maybe some upgrade of the lower Ravenswood would make fione service--certainly better than the 'Hiawathas' run on the downgraded ex Milw main. |
