However, unlike the NYW&B which was not a part of the NYCTS until city takeover, the Fkln Shuttle and J Line were a part of the actual NYCTS from the start. The same criteria would apply to the Rockaway Line since as part of the LIRR before city takeover it was not a integral part of the NYCTS either. |
