A Flushing express lvg Main St clears Qnsbro Plz at 104PM. A Flushing exp train Lvg T/Sq at 1253PM departs Qnsbro Plz at 105 PM. That leaves 1 min clearance at the station itself and about 2 min at the actual interlocking point where the last S/B exp must be clear so it’s definitely doable. As for the possible time conflict between 5s terminating at Atlantic till the rush hour starts and 4s going to Utica from 3P to 430PM if the time frame for the 4s is based on lvg time from Woodlawn, the there should be no problem since the term “rush hour” is relative depending on the line. |
