Because the system was so screwed up it was extremely difficult to just "wait it out"? It was many hours, if not a whole day before the system was back to normal. And since he's probably not a techie, he might not have realized that a) all his posts went through despite the errors, b) that there were tiny windows where he could get the index, if he kept clicking reload enough times and waiting each time until it worked. |
