Also, the rule at Stl QJ was that if QB were to go BO on the stand, a QJ was to be converted to QB service, but QBs were not to be abandoned. In the event that such an occurrence took place, the road C/R and Plat C/Rs might not have had enough time the scroll through al the signs to get to the proper reading before departure time. |
