Unlikely. The trains are much more easily cleaned, laws are more readily enforced, and not having your "art" rolling means less incentive to spray it.

Of course, it's unlikely that an ad wrap can be washed off and it's not like vandalism will make it uglier, so you never know. Maybe we'll start seeing people who tag wrapped trains (and only wrapped trains).
