Facilities that require "essential workers" also have moderate facilities for such events. When I worked in radio and television, the FCC required a kitchen and sleeping facilities since broadcast was considered "essential facilities" in the event of a national emergency. I would imagine any of those facilities at least have cooking facilities and cots. |
