Due to NYCT Cold Weather Plan, northbound 2 trains are running local from 34 St-Penn Station to 96 St.

Expect delays on 1 train service.

Allow additional travel time.

Due to NYCT Cold Weather Plan, the following service changes are in effect:

Northbound 4 trains are running local from Crown Hts-Utica Av to Franklin Av.

4 trains are running local between 125 St and Grand Central-42 St in both directions.
