I do not know, we live down on I-94, and we see maybe 5 days out of the year, but then we are in the banana belt of North Dakota, up on US 2 they will see more days, but that is not a limited access road, and so while it can be closed, people leak onto it all over the place.Smart folk stay home when it snows.
