Middleton doesn't mention any others but his caption said: "Before the automobile hearse became an acceptable mode of transportation to the last resting place, dignified funeral cars such as the Milwaukee Electric's No. 1000 were a common sight on interurban and street railway lines, and an on-line cemetery was considered a definite asset."

A Google Image search for 'interurban funeral car' brings up 2-3 accurate hits, especially GreatThirdRail.org re Chicago and Tramz.com where Mexico City is credited with 28 such cars! 'Funeral streetcar' brings up some more including the Descanso of Cajon Pass fame.
