So why now would it suddenly not be logistically possible???Because Prince Andrew knows that almost everyone will forget that he closed the subways for no good reason. But if he had let the MTA run whatever limited service made practical sense, and they had bungled it and left people to freeze for 10 hours, he feared he would be blamed. That how he thinks. :) |
