Trust me, not being able to get to their desks in some cases on a day the Dow fell 290 points is something they are not going to forget. The repercussions from this are likely going to be felt well outside New York as Wall Street likely now doubles down on making sure the GOP retains control of the House and Senate in 2016 because of how PO'ed they are over this.

I suspect the big firms on Wall Street have their on-staff legal teams going through every piece of law imaginable, looking for something they could use to LEGALLY block Cuomo from ever doing this again, even in an emergency.
Cuomo could be looking at massive blowback from this to where the DNC tells him NEVER to do this again because the Democratic Party is likely to get big-time blowback from this as well.
