Well there are no "express tracks" or "underground" portions of the SIRT, and plenty of the roads on Staten Island need to be looked at so the buses can run. The buses on Staten Island being the major portion of the transit network here.I suppose that there's efforts to clear the tracks where needed, and service will resume to its usual glacial levels.
