Wallyhorse has made this comment about "normal media" and the 2010 storm several times. I really don't know what he means. I was watching one of the network morning shows on Christmas day. The local (Albany) weather guy was explaining that the models were wrong and the storm would be much bigger than forecast.I decided I would drive back to NYC on the morning of 12/26 instead of staying another night at my sister's. I was home by noon on 12/26 just as the snow was starting to stick. There was more than 24 hours notice before the storm hit. |
