So much for spell check.Actually, it's the reverse of a Freudian typo. I want to extend the existing rail network geographically. Most of planners want to freeze it and provide BRT to areas without rail transit. It's the planners' cure du jour. The BRT snake oil salesmen convinced them it's as good as rail at for a fraction of the cost. I'm not convinced. |
