(American Premier Underwriters ?)If 2 PP and MSG were to be gotten bulldozed, yes, build a new station that reflects current traffic patterns, has some natural light, fibre optic lights, climate controlled, is ADA compliant, and has some commercial air rights. It has to be designed from scratch by people who know what they are doing, or we will wind up with another abortion like Fulton Transit Center or Secaucus Junction I (go up to go down, and vice versa). I don't know if that is possible to do that anymore. That does not mean replicating what was there. It won't work and nobody care anymore what was there 50 years ago. |
