That's NJ.

In Manhattan, the current location for MSG is the best.

Moving it could make it less competitive vs. the four other major venues.

Convenience is a big factor. All the drunk Rangers fans taking LIRR need to be able to walk right upstairs.

Can you imagine all the LI and NJ fans having to race to Penn to catch their train if MSG is moved a few blocks away? They'd hate it.
