Joe: It must have taken a lot of time and skill to create such excellent models. I remember Hearns Department Store very well. They had a four cent couple on the Westchester Avenue side of the door. It contained all sorts of miscellaneous items including many inexpensive toys which was great for a kid. Sachs and Alexander were there also as well as the Victory Theatre.
