What was the proposed route under Jamaica Ave, Steve? The only proposed routes east of B'way/ENY involved the current Pennsylvania Ave one, another below Fulton St, under the Jamaica el, and 2 others running under private property to run either under Pitkin Ave or Liberty Ave. I've heard of these bellmouths but I don't know too much about where they were supposed to go. |
