When letters were considered for CTA, the Ravenswood Asian population did not like it.If you look at "L" maps from around 1980, they refered what became the Blue Line as "DM" and "CM" (Congress, Douglas Branch, Milwaukee). There was also an "E" (Evanston) and "H" (Howard). |
