I would think that if there is signal equipment at 96 St that the line would be signaled all the way from 63 St. I’m only referring to lack of specific station amenities. It seem ed form the post that the only problem was that certain station entrances were not yet completed so that shouldn’t present any problem. In fact there is no reason why a station can’t be opened with only one entrance available rather than waiting for both to be completed. |
