Are you nuts? Non-Rush hour ridership is growing but in no way are the trains more crowded during non-rush hours.If what you are saying is that more ride the subway outside of 7 to 9 AM and 5 to 7 PM, that may be true, but it would be an absolute meaningless statistic to compare ridership in 20 hours to ridership in 4 hours of the day. |
