Especially on the center road, where there's no turning conflict, and all left turns are governed by dedicated signals.WHO ARE YOU PROTECTING ON THE CENTER ROAD WITH A SPEED LIMIT OF 25 MPH??? On the service roads, I'm fine with 25 MPH. They're narrow, and people are crossing the road everywhere to get to the left-side parking spaces. |
