If those structures had been built 4 tracks wide, would there really be a need for express service. Thru express service of a sort was tried on Jerome, and the Culver did try express service fro a few years but the distribution of ridership on those lines didn’t seem to warrant express service even during rush hours and certainly not off peak. |
