And the top speed cars were able to drive was 35 mph.In 1922? The Model T, five years from the end of its 20 year run, could hit 45 with its puny inline four cylinder engine. The Model A that followed in 1927 had a top speed of 65. Chevrolets were capable of 65 from its inception in 1913. |
