I was talking about PERCEPTION, which sometimes trumps reality in the eyes of some.Anyway, as I would now do it (and this would actually be my preferred way anyhow): A revived (V) train runs 2nd Avenue-Rockaway Park at all times (eliminating the Rockaway Park shuttle entirely). The (M) and (R) are both extended to 179th Street at least during peak hours and at other times as warranted to avoid a conga line that can delay this new (V) otherwise. This actually could be 24/7 if warranted with the (E) and (F) if so express in Queens on their full routes at all times. |
