I work for a State agency, and I can tell you that my colleagues, especially the old timers, many of whom are now retired, specialized in cheap food.The ate lunch every day at places that literally got me sick... the attraction of paying $3.35 for 1.5 lbs. of slop outweighed the probability that it was scavenged from dumpsters... |
