The steels are being gradually repaired at CIY. Apparently someone made off with a few parts and they now have to be made by hand to duplicate the originals. Even when the cars are made operable, there will only be one 3 car B unit available. IOf and when it does become available, i would imagine that the logical place to run it would be the BMT Bway Subway between 57/7 and Whitehall or if the SAS is open by then, Qnsbro Pl or Astoria and Whitehall. Actually was also thinking that either the Lo-Vs or the TOMC could be run on the IRT between 96/Bway and either T/Sq or maybe even So/Fy. |
