Or maybe this officer got human for a moment and hit the young perp once to many times because of the emotions of the moment. What he did could be viewed as excessive but as usual we only see the action from where the recording began. Then again, think how this whole episode would have been portrayed here and in the media had the officer not been "of color", too. |
