One detail I would like them to finally clarify is how the names work.IE, effective 5AM tomorrow, the entire station complex is now "Fulton Center" and that will be the name on signs, train announcements and maps? Or is Fulton Center just the entrance/mall structure and the station areas remain Fulton Street? Because the MTA and the media have always played this, at least as far as I can tell, like it's the former. And the media seems to want to play this up as all new construction, not a complex ranging from brand new to 109 years old. Heck, on Wikiepdia they are two seperate articles. |
