Yes there is a lot of community focus in scripture. Worship *IS* a community prayer. It is good to worship with one and other.

Correction is an issue apart. There is the "Teaching Church" and the "Pastoral Church" and they cannot be con-catted together. The Teaching Church teaches all aspects of the faith, including morals.

The Pastoral Church accepts you where you are and brings you into the fellowship of the Church. Your sins are not the business of others. The business of others is to be forgiving and supportive, and to allow God to do judgment in his own good time and way. That is not the affair of the congregation unless someone is grossly out of line and a millstone around the neck of the community. That needs to be addressed: a couple living together is not the affair of the church. A house of prostitution is. Flaming Fagots are not generally welcome in a church, two men living together should raise no eyebrow. You do not have the right to assume anything about them.
