They could allow off amounts for credit card purchases. They already sell pre-valued $10 cards outside the system for $9.52. The concept of "off" amounts isn't foreign to them.Do we know yet if they are going offer alternatives (ie: various combination of base fare, bonus, and unlimited changes that would achieve the same 4% increase in fare revenue)? |
