I actually meant foreman for the work crew, not MTA wigs there. We can even go with crew leader there if we must. Whoever is in charge of the work site. Rule number one in electricals, power off. If there is even the remotest chance that someone else might restore power, then you've got to lock out the breaker so that no one can restore it until it's safe.Civil service titles. Whoops. :) |
