After September 11th, the J ran like clockwork to 95th middays, rush-hours and evenings. (No merging delays with other lines in Manhattan and Queens.)After Hurricane Sandy, the Brooklyn R shuttle ran like clockwork to 95th middays, rush-hours and evenings. Bay Ridge trains are often severely late because of what happens between 71/Continental and Canal St. |
