I don't believe those three stations on the Brighton line qualified as a rebuilding in 1990. As far as I remember, those stations in 1990 were just painted then with some prefab tile installed. The recent work was much more extensive and the 1990 work was not redone. I am not familiar with what was done at Union Street.Fifth Avenue on the Broadway line had new tile installed twice by comparison. |
