It may not necessarily be the testing of the prototypes. It could be a transfer of Cs from DO Yd to CIY or if its E/Pky it could be a normal weekend train terminating there since some time after the IND opened to Euclid, Rockaway Av station was closed on weekends and the Fulton St el operated into E/Pky.
