Last time the Q was shut down, and they ran buses instead south of Prospect Park, the "express" bus made a stop at the (2) station at Flatbush and Nostrand Aves. This time, they are not bothering with doing that. I guess few people got on or off there, and they figured it wasn't worth it to detour the buses there, which had to make them take longer? |
