I agree that certain so called "free speech" can be limited, but I doubt that a busker singing on a subway platform can be equated with "shouting "fire" in a crowded movie theater." Also, what is interesting is that actually certain "inflammatory" speech can be allowed on the principle that the US Constitution protects unpopular speech as well as popular speech. |
