So I read the LA Times piece.The key is in the headline: Union demands driving railcar jobs out of California, Japanese firm says. "Japanese Firm Says." That's their take on it, as you would expect. It seems there were severe environmental issues with the project, which the union highlighted. So whose fault is it? |
