Yes, it is 1970s. And while it's less attractive than an replica of BRT/BMT work would be, it's been in place so long there that in my opinion, it actually kind of belongs now.We have lots of BRT/BMT restorations- let's keep this one in the "Best (if there is such a thing) of the 70s". Now, Rector is one desperate-looking station- as is 8th Ave (on the N). |
