FIXED!!Actually, 15% is not too bad given what is badly needed in many cases. While it would be better if there were funding and no increase, a $3 base fare would not be too bad. Obviously, it would hurt some, but better that and an improved system than no increase and a system that falls apart to re-create what happened in the '70s. |
