How about this: Add a few trains that terminate at 96th/2nd. You won't have to cut the E, I don't know about capacity along 6th Ave between Bway/Lay and 50th St, but casual observation says there is still some.Of course this won't be possible until they actually finish Phase I, and I'm not holding my breath. |
